Report: Adrian Peterson's Agent Got Into Altercation With Vikings Exec
Things do not seem to be going very well between Adrian Peterson and the Minnesota Vikings. According to a report from CBS Sports' Jason La Canfora, the relationship gotten so bad that Peterson's agent, Ben Dogra, just straight-up accosted a member of the Vikings front office at the NFL combine this week.
Here's La Canfora:
According to the sources, Dogra engaged in a heated exchange with Vikings vice president of football operations Rob Brzezinski during which the agent made it clear that Peterson would never play there again. The incident took place during a time when outside parties were in the vicinity. Finally, former Tampa Bay general manager Mark Dominik intervened, separating the men and diffusing the escalating tension, sources said.
This comes just a few days after Peterson made a bunch of noises about how the Vikings didn't support him enough while he was being investigated for child abuse. Maybe everything will get smoothed out in time for training camp, but right now it certainly seems like Peterson has played his last game in Minnesota. We should all start preparing ourselves for the day when Jerry Jones trades a second-round pick for him.
