• College basketball: NCAA Division I tournament, Midwest and South regional semifinals (7 p.m., ET). Stanford carries all of my office pool hopes. [CBS]
• MLB: Spring training, Chicago Cubs vs. Seattle Mariners, at Las Vegas (10:10 p.m., ET). Much better than a trip to Japan any day. [WGN]
