Kings' Slava Voynov Pleads No Contest, Sentenced To 90 Days In Jail
Los Angeles Kings defenseman Slava Voynov was in Los Angeles Superior Court today to take a plea deal for his felony count of corporal injury to spouse with great bodily injury from the Oct. 19 alleged assault on his wife. Voynov pleaded no contest in order to reduce jail time, though he still could be deported.

Voynov could also be deported back to Russia, but that would be for an immigration court to decide:
Though the deportation isn’t a sure thing, Voynov will definitely spend time in jail. The time could be reduced for good behavior:
