One of the main duties of New York's Stuyvesant High School's senior class president is to line up the commencement speaker. So, with the help of students and faculty, he put together this video begging Jeremy Lin to be that speaker. (Warning: there's rapping. Of course there's rapping.)

Lin responded on Twitter today, saying he won't be able to make it. He doesn't give a reason (graduation falls during the NBA finals, so that's not the problem), but says he would like to visit the school soon. Disappointing, as Stuy's commencement speakers are usually pretty good—Bill Clinton spoke my year there—but there's always Toney Douglas.
