108-Foot Roy Hodgson Erected On English Coast

"Roy the Redeemer" was unveiled this week, a massive statue of England manager aping the famous Christ sculpture in Brazil. He stands above the cliffs of Dover, and is supposedly visible from France. (The two nations face each other on Monday.)

The statue is the work of online bookmaker Paddy Power, an Irish company, so this is more about PR than nationalism for them. But it's funny! So here's a link, Paddy Power. Rio Ferdinand will probably just avoid the entire South of England.
