The NBA's, pictured above, wasn't so politically correct. "DND-OLD." Poor, poor, old Tim Duncan. He turns 36 in a month.

Update (midnight): Appears this is Pop's way of joking with his geezers. Big Shot Rob Horry got a "DNP-Old Age" back in 2007. And he had a legitimate injury that game, too.
