<!-- videoId: explore/deadspin/videos/1972 --><!-- /videoId: explore/deadspin/videos/1972 --> We all got a kick out of watching Holly Rowe <a href="http://deadspin.com/5872866/holly-rowe-will-beat-up-anyone-who-tries-to-steal-her-interview">bust out the sharp elbows</a> to establish her turf after last week's Sugar Bowl. We were amused again to discover it wasn't the first time Rowe <a href="http://deadspin.com/5874298/holly-rowes-been-in-the-interview+muscle-racket-for-years">had thrown around some muscle</a> in the name of postgame journalism. But there's a reason Rowe does this, and it's not simply because she's some badass from ESPN who's out to to big-time some well-meaning reporter from the <em>Daily Backwater</em>. <a href="http://deadspin.com/5875509/bonnie-bernstein-defends-holly-rowes-sharp-elbows" title="Click here to read more about Bonnie Bernstein Defends Holly Rowe's Sharp Elbows">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

On Tuesday morning's First Take, in the first hour (at about the :39 minute mark), many readers alerted us to what transpired. And what happened, friends, was Bonnie Bernstein momentarily forgetting that she was wearing a skirt on television, and when she adjusted herself, well, let's just say that the world got to know Bonnie a little better than she would've liked.

At last, photographic evidence has arrived. And you can see it for yourselves, in all its pink satin glory, after the jump ... <a href="http://deadspin.com/5065438/bonnie-bernsteins-legs-open-momentarily-dvrs-perk-up" title="Click here to read more about Bonnie Bernstein's Legs Open Momentarily; DVR's Perk Up">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

That's the question posed by <a href="http://www.marketwatch.com/News/Story/Story.aspx?column=Jon+Friedman%27s+Media+Web&siteid=mktw&dist">MarketWatch</a> columnist Jon Friedman, who gives the WWL a thorough Bissingering based on the recent "lowbrow or boorish behavior" of some of ESPN's talent. Specifically, the incidents involving <a href="http://deadspin.com/5017669/espn-is-giving-jemele-hill-some-quiet-time">Jemele Hill</a>, <a href="http://deadspin.com/348897/hey-look-dana-jacobsons-having-some-fun">Dana Jacobson</a>, and<a href="http://deadspin.com/5020222/bonnie-bernstein-is-not-an-expert-on-the-middle-east"> Bonnie Bernstein</a>, respectively. Friedman's piece, titled "<a href="http://www.marketwatch.com/News/Story/Story.aspx?column=Jon+Friedman%27s+Media+Web&siteid=mktw&dist">ESPN: The sports leader in embarrassment</a>" goes after Senior Vice President and Executive Editor John Walsh for an explanation to the recent spate of inappropriateness coming out of Bristol. <a href="http://deadspin.com/5023503/are-you-offended-by-espn" title="Click here to read more about Are You Offended By ESPN?">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

Bonnie Bernstein, everybody's favorite Jersey sideline reporter, has had a relatively quiet couple of years at ESPN. That is, until a couple of days ago, when she made a bit of a <a href="http://www.sportsfilter.com/comments.cfm/9985">verbal misstep on the Mike and Mike show</A>. <a href="http://deadspin.com/5020222/bonnie-bernstein-is-not-an-expert-on-the-middle-east" title="Click here to read more about Bonnie Bernstein Is Not An Expert On The Middle East">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

Once upon a time, when Bonnie Bernstein left CBS to pursue bigger and better things, some rumors were out there that made her departure seem, perhaps, a little less than noble. <a href="http://thetrack.bostonherald.com/moreTrack/view.bg?articleid=124986&format=&page=2">Corrections</a> and <a href="http://www.bostonsportsmedia.com/archives/shots/banned_in_boston_for_this_week.php">retractions</a> are all over the place. <a href="http://www.deadspin.com/sports/nfl/the-rumor-mill-that-is-bonnie-bernstein-153220.php">Here</a>, too. Nothing scandalous happened, it was just a case of Bonnie looking to carve out a more meaningful place for herself in this crazy world, something I doubt I'll ever get around to doing. <a href="http://deadspin.com/155611/bonnie-bernstein-may-soon-be-running-the-world" title="Click here to read more about Bonnie Bernstein May Soon Be Running The World">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>

You know we know we're not true members of the media? Because we don't really care about female sideline reporters. We would say that the vast majority of (male) sports reporters we've met have bizarre, borderline creepy fascinations with the women who fire off five-word questions to coaches before halftime, update us on injuries and often wear funny hats. Our guess is that when you're a male beat reporter on the road all the time, these are pretty much the only women you meet. <a href="http://deadspin.com/155163/the-faulty-rumor-mill-that-is-bonnie-bernstein" title="Click here to read more about The (Faulty) Rumor Mill That Is Bonnie Bernstein">More&nbsp;&raquo;</a>
