Seeing the turf in Cincy got me thinking... Why isn't Dave Concepcion in the HoF? Defensively he was damn near the equal of Ozzie Smith, and, except for strike outs, his offensive numbers are nearly identical.

@ClintonPortishead: Did he really make that argument? I never paid attention to him. I just remember Concepcion as a kid being as good in his prime as Ozzie. Ozzie's offensive numbers always made him as supect HoF candiate IMO.
