Won't somebody please remember Joe Flacco? The Baltimore Ravens' quarterback is not happy with how he's being perceived. Why is that? He's 44-20 in his career in the regular season. He's been in the divisional round three times already, and even made it to the AFC Championship Game once. He's orchestrated two last-minute comebacks to beat the hated Steelers at Heinz Field. Yet why does no one notice? Why does the Ravens' defense, or Ray Rice, or coach John Harbaugh get all the respect? Why must everyone dwell on Flacco's postseason rating of 61.6? Why does anyone care that he's thrown seven interceptions and just four TDs in the playoffs? What does it matter that he coughed up a 21-7 lead in a playoff game last year, or that he tossed a pick-six with the game on the line in that lone AFC title-game appearance? What's the big deal that four other quarterbacks playing this weekend are Super Bowl MVPs, while Joe Flacco has yet to even play in a Super Bowl?
