Rec0mmending divorce generally makes me uncomfortable, largely because I'm a bleeding heart that hopes all other avenues are exhausted that might preserve whatever sanctity is left of marriage.

That said, I hope she can hang on long enough to finalize the divorce from that son of a bitch who turned his back on her as she commenced her final lap.

However, I'm confident she'll maintain her grace and dignity throughout. May God grant her peace.

I endured that ridiculously high tide on my honeymoon in October. The boards are about 6 feet across and steady, but it gets crowded quickly and it restricts you to the main walkways. It is what it is in Venice unless, like in my experience, you repeatedly run into a shithead on a motorized scooter that should've stayed at home until the tide receded.
