@RandomFrequentFlierDent: Then you are the first person to remain optimistic after reading The Road
@Quilt: If you've learned anything from watching Entourage, you'd be the first.
Thanks for stopping by, Josh. You'll hear this a lot today: I loved your show. But while the action and the scifi were great, the moments of TSCC that stay with me are the scenes where Sarah is being a parent. Sarah has all of a typical parent's love for her child but is too scarred (scared?) to show it. She has immense pride in the man that her son will become and the fear of what must happen for John to realiize his potential. As a father on young boys (my oldest started kindergarten today) you gave me a lot to chew on about the duties of parenthood. Thanks for making a great scifi adventure, and thanks for a making a great family drama as well.
Look for Pudge's power numbers to go way up after he gets those magical Ranegr "hitting pills" used by Juan Gonzalez, Raphael Palmeiro, A-Rod...
@goldfarb: You take it back! No one will stand between me and my flying car!
I used to hate McG just because of his "name." Then I saw his movies.
When I was a server in college, the computer at our restaurant let us input whatever name you wanted (I was Mr. White-huge Resevoir Dogs fan).

My favorite fake name was Caress Cox.

@RedWriter: I hate my white mother, too.
@Donnie_Iris: That is freaking brilliant.
Anyone looks 34% more badass with a sawed off shotgun strapped to their back.
This past spring my church was showing clips of a Jesus movie to my son's Sunday School class, and Henry Ian Cusick was playing Jesus! I kept expecting him the call the apostles "brother."
@TrollSlayer: Killing his own for over 30 years.: I wouldn't put too much faith in Denzel. For every Glory and Devil in a Blue Dress, there is a Ricochet and Crimson Tide. No matter how bad the script is, Denzel is still the awesome.
@Spotpuff: That kind of attempt at a middle ground will get you nowhere in the blogospere.

T3 by a nose.

Without a Trace is terrible, but Cold Case is worse. And don't even get me started on 2 and half men.

I'm about one year away from becoming one of those a-holes that doesn't watch network tv and is all snooty about it.

If anyone saw Bear's special where he was paragliding in the Himalayas, you'll know that he his show may be fake, but he is hard core.

Enjoy him why he's still with us.

I'd love to help. I have a couple of friends from law school who practice in Seattle. They don't do crim work but I'm sure they could...oh, he's on twitter. Nevermind.
@DaveCrabtree: Let's get rid of Meredith. She's the least compelling character on the show.
"Do what you love" is a myth. My advice is "really like what you do" and the money will follow. the reason the money follows is that when you put passion and energy into what you do (work, love, friends, sports, play) you're more likely to get a good result.

I would love to be ski instructor/river guide, but even if I was great at it, I'd be extremely lucky to make what I make now.
