@regis: That would have been a good use of me (I've always wanted to start a fistfight in a convention setting), but I had to choose this weekend to be out of town.
@TimGunn: Yes, there are only about five decent photos of me in existence, and I decided to err on the side of ridiculousness. By my count, I can see at least a dozen different impossibly geeky things in the background there (and that's not to mention my utterly nonsensical Batman shirt reveal thing I've got going on there).

@Braak: I hate to rock day one of my tenure as intern with scandal, but that's actually a stunt chin...

@Elizabeth Weinbloom: That's actually a freshman year pic from Straus. I'm in Leverett now.

@CapnCalamity: Or that well known supervillain, The Doctor in a Bowler Hat. Actually, that could be the villain of the next Alan Moore comic, come to think about it.
I was born again like Lazarus.

Sorta the mother of all mixed messages to reference one of last season's episodes like that, isn't it?

@supermike4ever: What can I say, I just love segues - if the previous item had been on Will's long digression about the need for scientists to intensify their work on a unified field theory, I probably would have said, "Speaking of pioneering theoretical physicists..."

Well, maybe not.

Let's see...interview Will Leitch, get commenting account, meet the man, engage in awkward conversation involving an unnecessary Simpsons quote, blog about it on my not-at-all-ripping-off-FJM site, get linked from Deadspin, leave my first comment in said linking post...

I have definitely died and gone to blogger Valhalla. Wake me when Ragnarok starts.

@44 in a Row: Well, I did have to vaguely justify why I was interviewing Will for what is supposed to be an all Harvard sports radio show. Whether that even begins to answer how there is even forty-five minutes a week worth of Harvard sports is another issue.
