From an evolutionary perspective it probably is, depending on the age of the desired. Biologically, it doesn't make sense to be sexually attracted to someone past the age where they can reproduce. And yes, I'm aware of how clinical that sounds.

Not to start a fight, but there does seem to be a bit of a double standard with these things, vis a vis giving women the benefit of the doubt more than men. I don't know that there's any more reason to believe Taurasi's excuse than there was to believe, say, Floyd Landis's.
