Hold on here, Sampson was a disaster,the Crean hiring was very smart and in keeping with the IU way. Give him some time. Crean will have a winner back at IU within 5 years from today, perhaps sooner. This piece is too bleak, IU fans realized (and Crean as well) that the Sampson factor would last a couple of years following his ignominious departure.
