@Phil Mickelsons Man Tits: Missed Baltimore here as well -- as a Cleveland fan, I think it is my subconscious refusing to acknowledge the Ravens.
@MrRedDevil: I'll put 50 DM on Werder. I spent a couple weeks in Bremen last year and it's a wonderful city. I took in a game at a bar and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. When is the game?

/too lazy to look it up

Evening DUAN! I'm supposed to be on a flight to Germany but instead I'm in a hotel in Charleston, West Fucking Virginia. How goes it?
@1980 David Bowie From The Music Video Ashes To Ashes: And in semi-related news, Roxette is getting back together

@44 in a Row: Out of all the money they spend on this show, you think they could make a submarine submerging to look a bit more real.
Eloise, looking good when wet girl
@Mitchell Freedman Fan Club: I too am a bit skeptical of the whole "we've had a plan since the beginning." Bullshit! They didn't know they'd last one season, let alone six. Yes they have an idea, but to have it all planned out, it is hard to believe.

In other news, I would buy that book.

@This.Is.Malcolm: I think I spent more time in the dining hall then the library. I had a friend who during finals once got there at 7 and stayed till 11. He also has a hollow leg which allows him to eat copious amounts of food.
@This.Is.Malcolm: Our dining hall was open 7am-11pm with unlimited meals. We had many a nights of 10:30 "cereal" runs of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Apple Jacks (how come they're orange?), and Lucky Charms.
@wonderlic---myballs: Of all the island mysteries I want to know is after all that time on the island how did Hurley put on weight?
@Phil Mickelsons Man Tits: Oh I am full aware of his legacy(?) as I've been a reader of DS and DUAN! since Fall 2005 but just a commenter a couple months ago. Hey if you're gonna go down, best to do it with flames and a way you'll be remembered.
@Sculptor?!? I just met her!: It is worth if you are like me and like to see things to completion, and the ending is pretty cool.

@ratedargh: That is what I wonder -- will they be doing all 7 books as movies or condensing some? There is a potential issue with the casting of Jake and him aging through the span of the series.

@I Party With Smoot: Reminds me of those old Total commercials. To get the same nutrients in one bowl of total you'd have to eat 5 bowls of Super Colon Blow.

@FrankDuxDisciples: Peeling it is too much a pain in the ass. Just eat the whole thing, fuzzies and all. You'll just shit it out anyway.

Yeah, as long as I enjoy the ride there the end will be worth it. Like Stephen King and The Dark Tower (which JJ Abrams is taking on next). That series ended the only way it could have. It didn't feel entirely satisfying at first but as it sunk in I realized that it perfectly suited the story

Where were you last night? I posted something in regards to Abrams/Lindelof tackling The Dark Tower and no one bit. I loved the series (the first four at least...the last three got a bit big for me) and feel like it would be hard to do it justice. Don't get me wrong, I would be there the first day to see it, I just want the scope of the series to be reflected on the big screen.

@Sculptor?!? I just met her!: Or when a Cleveland team wins a championship.

/hopes he is still kicking for that

@ratedargh: I totally understand. I'm also sure most of us fans who've watched religiously since Ep 1 have built it up so much that the end game/final outcome will not live up to our expectations. There is also the chance that at this time next year we are saying "damn, that was some crazy/cool/deep/amazing show."
