They had Mortensen call in and he mentioned Gregg Williams has some clause in his contract that if Gibbs leaves and Williams does not get the head coaching job, he will get a large bonus anyway. Two clao minutes later Mort called back and sounded like he found breaking news and wanted to "clarify" something after he just got off the phone with a Redskins official - there is nuse for a bonus in Williams' contract.
