"@Enthused_But_Fired: No problem, and not actually at odds with what I've been doing exercise-wise. My runs were generally 10-30 minutes in length and the shorter the run, the harder I ran. I also only started running to be in shape for indoor soccer this winter- the race was a goal to keep me going because, as I've stated, I hate running!"

"@Sculptor?!?I_just_met_her!: Keep in mind that I don't own a scale and dont' plan on buying one or weighing myself. I started running (every other day, more or less) at the end of August and my guess is that I've lost about 15lbs and swapped some additional fat for muscle."

"@Sculptor?!?I_just_met_her!: My Turkey Day was swell. The morning was the best part: I ran the 5K I've been training for since late August and met or surpassed ALL of the goals I set for myself! That being said, today is the first day I have not been sore since the race. Oh, and everyone was very complimentary about all the weight I've lost."

Shane seems to be the clear talent on the show. I'm way down on Missy Midwest, whatever her name is. The spastard lady with the pigtails who thought it was smart to bang a glass bottle on a hard surface next to the grill.

Lisa just reinforces the hate sex thing more and more every episode. I got yelled at for saying "Yeah lady, I'll give you something to cry about" when she teared up again.
