This dude, far as we know, has no real back story to him yet; he is just some dude who chose to climb out of his car sunroof on a country road and surf on the windshield in his surfer shorts while his fellow dude filmed from below. He is known on The Internet so far as "Crazy Dude," and that seems accurate enough.
