BJ got knocked around so much he thought he had flashbacks of seeing STP on the Purple tour.

@Rainbow Bright: Georges St. Pierre used the Vasoline to bring the Meatplow and in the meantime made a Pretty Penny.

Are you implying that Vaseline helped GSP mount Penn and use ground-and-pound, or that it helped GSP take Penn's back and attempt a rear naked choke? Seriously, did the properties of Vaseline hurt the chances of BJ?

Not sure@Monchhichi Rodriguez: Not sure, but I think the idea is that GSP put Vaseline on his own (GSP's) back...which would make it very difficult to grab/wrestle him. Kind of like how O linemen would spray their jerseys with Pam.

@Vajayjay Mariotti: Actually, Monchhichi posed a question at the end of his post which Fiddling made an attempt to answer.

But if it's a comedy pyramid you want then keep posting from your Facebook account.

@Business_Socks: Well, since the Vaseline was on the back of GSP's neck, then it could barely be of assistance to ground and pound or a rear naked choke hold on the OTHER fighter. So I made the logical assumption that the last "Seriously" was not, in fact serious: Vaseline does usally hurt the chances of a BJ.

His questions seemed facetious, and Deadspin is a humor sports site. My apologies for not realizing we were supposed to answer sports questions literally, since other FBers usually get teabagged by the regulars for being literal.

@Vajayjay Mariotti: Note to self: stop using the word "Seriously" when asking facetious questions. You are not Seinfeld, dickhead.

I don't know how a post containing B.J.'s, Vasoline, and a guy named Georges St. Pierre can be any gayer.

Certainly the first time Vaseline has ever been used to make a rough beating go smoother.

Please tell me that someone saw the shot of Jevan Snead's father, Jaylon, rocking the greatest stache known to man. It was like Wilford Brimley rocking a Fu Manchu.

Literally the one bright spot in watching LSU shit the bed.

Wow, the only reason Wisconsin even has a CHANCE to beat a Division 1-AA school is because Cal Poly has the worst kicking game EVER.

@elwood: we have a very good soccer team that plays in Spanos Stadium. One would think Ellerson could pull a PAT guy from their ranks -- and if he has, he needs to find a better one.

Anyway, the Mustangs overachieved and almost pulled it out. No shame there, and I hope I can scrounge some FCS playoff tickets if they get a home game next Saturday.

@Signal to Noise: No fucking kidding. They make one more PAT in regular time and that overtime never happens. I just hope their kicker isn't on scholarship, because if he is, he's certainly not worth it.

But honestly, I don't think the Mustangs overachieved in that game. They played as well as they've played all year, and all they had to do was get the bare minimum performance from their kicker and they win. Unfortunately, 3 missed PAT is all you need to know from that game.

@elwood: you're probably right about the overachieving remark. Poly took it right down their throats with the running game and took lots of time off the clock -- and if Dally could have gotten within the 15 the FG stands a better chance.

So be it. Wisky still looks like a bunch of chumps.

Charlie Weis' only decided schematic advantage in his third season at ND involves the buffet table.

Now he has to live down getting Gergged.

@BreakfastBourbon: our defense is just a big pile of FAIL. This is what happens when you wind up having to take your 34th choice for defensive coordinator.

However, I can't complain much about the starting debut of Little Dick.
