    OK I know it's bad form to reference the unapproved comments but jesus lord in heaven the unapproved comments on this are great. What is it about people who live in DC that they all come out in some amazing doucheforce squad to rant and rave and defend their shitburg of a city every single time someone on the internet says something bad about DC? Inferiority complex much? It's not Deadspin's fault that you jumbo slice chomping morons live in a disaster zone.

    Some of #1 may be true (Adams Morgan is what blows, the roads were designed that way to impede foreign invaders, and Tysons Corner doesn't have an apostrophe) , but this is the The Most Important City In the World. So suck on it.

    You mention the traffic, but not the idiocy of local drivers? More than once I've seen a guy pull into an intersection to make a left hand turn, and end up blocking two lanes of traffic while he waited to make the turn.

    DC is also home to The Beltway, Tyson's Corner, and Rockville Pike. That's three of the most agonizing places to drive in the United States, all clustered in one big shit brownie.

    But have you ever been stopped in the far left lane of the four-lane westbound Kennedy Expressway for about two minutes?

    I mean that is enough traffic to MELT YOUR KIT-KAT.
