    My grandfather once ordered an Impala over the phone. It came with a lush velour purple interior. He would wake up early in the morning and take my grandmother's car to work so that she had to drive for groceries in what she lovingly referred to as the "pimp car".

    Generally the spedometers show both. In my grandmother's case, I don't think either the mph or km/h needle ever crossed the number 30.
