    What's funny is since this station has been around it has always had the call letters KAKE and called the entire state KAKE-land. So yes, Mangino coaches in KAKEland.

    I am positively giddy at the thought of all those Witchita grandmothers having their grandkids help them vote for Bloober here. The current "Top" stories that aren't SHOTY-related are the Jamboroo (complete with Dorothmanly) and Jay Glazier licking face. Perfect.

    I have to say, I am thrilled to see Baby Mangino winning this thing. He is everything that is right about Deadspin and SHOTY. Utterly pointless. Mildly amusing. We should not get so full of ourselves that we cannot see the absolute hilarity of a baby dressed as a fat coach winning the Sports Human of the Year Award solely because he "Existed." This used to be the kind of thing the Underground thrived on. What happened to you guys? You used to be cool.

    @Rory B. Bellows: My only question would be intent . . . I can understand why you would vote for Baby Fats but I don't think everyone is as informed as you . . . I could also get behind EA -- in the voting sense of course -- because her fame is utterly bullshit too, but in the end it really became a battle of babies vs. boobs.
