    True Story: I was at the Phillies-Nationals game last night when they put up on the JumboTron something called the Bongo Cam. It is a giant graphic of a set of bongos at the bottom of the screen and when you are on camera you start waving your hands up and down pretending to play the bongos. As they are panning through the crowd the camera stops on an older black gentleman with a sweet jeff cap on his head and a toothpick in his mouth and he proceeds to dance/twirl around in a circle not really attempting to play the bongos. As I'm leaving, I see the older gentleman(toothpick still in mouth) and his 2 friends in the parking lot looking for their car and i say "Hey, you were on the bongo cam." And he replies (sounding drunk), "Yeah, I'm Willie Harris' father. He didn't play tonight."

    Now they play it around the Majors

    This is pretty tenuous. I know Lee Majors was married to Farrah Fawcett, but he never really struck me as much of a Michael Jackson fan.

    They played Michael's music during batting practice before Saturday night's Civil Rights Game in Cincinnati, home of that old Big Red Machine. It was for a completely different reason, though. It was to celebrate the soulful sounds of the Civil Rights movement at its height.

    Farrah is gone now. She passed away Thursday from cancer.
    Michael is gone now. He passed away at almost the same time due to cardiac arrest

    Some say they went to Canada. Others say, Toronto.

    The fact that Braves hitting coach Terry Pendleton was born in Los Angeles in 1960 really gives him special insight that he wouldn't have if he was born in 1961. Or in San Diego.
