    Isn't the worst fielding shortstop still 7 times better than the best fielding 1st baseman, who is 5 times better than the best fielding right fielder?

    I think it's saying that relatively speaking, Jeter is a worse SS compared to most shortstops than any right fielder is at playing right field.
