This is a pretty good one (we also would have accepted "Captain's Choice"), and he also earns points for covering his genitals with a toy squirrel. Mark Jackson, who streaked last year's U.S. Open (although this photo was taken at the 1995 British Open), recently avoided a court order that would have banned him from sporting events.

So Jackson is free to streak again, although I would avoid Pittsburgh during football season. You wouldn't want to see him accidentally back into Steely McBeam ...
