    Fine with me, whatever works as long as I don't have to hear the morons who sold this guy drugs tell me he's lying about taking them anymore.


    And no, I'm not a Yankees fan. Or a Clemens fan.


    Under this logic, everyone of us who smoked a joint should go to jail on the word of the person who sold the joint to us.

    They're not charging Clemens with drug abuse, they're charging him with perjury - i.e., if he would admit to buying and using steroids from the people who sold them to him, the SELLERS could be put in jail. But if he lied under oath about it to protect his own reputation, that's perjury, and that's a crime, brutha.
