A reader sends in this T-shirt he had signed about 20 years ago. It features signatures from Jose Canseco, Mo Vaughn and Roger Clemens, all three of which were prominently featured in the Mitchell Report last week.

Our question: Is this T-shirt more valuable now, or less?

<![CDATA[Come Celebrate Mo Vaughn's Birthday! [Baseball]]]> If you're hanging around the Meatpacking District of Manhattan tomorrow evening, we encourage you to drop by the 39th birthday extravaganza for former Red Sox and (gasp!) Met first baseman Mo Vaughn. (Oh, and the Angels: Don't forget, he ate up their clubhouse spread plenty too, and probably hit an Anaheim strip club or two along the line.)

We don't know if calling the enclosed RSVP number will be able to get you in to the shindig or not ... but it can't hurt to try! Mets fans, go thank Mo for all his years of valuable service; you'll even get to groove to, uh, Ted the Dillenger too!

Make sure you're of age, ladies. Or at least reasonably close, or able to smile your way past the bouncer.

<![CDATA[Mo Vaughn, Still Pickin' 'Em Up And Settin' 'Em Down [Baseball]]]> movaughnandladies.jpgWe always liked former Red Sox first whaleman Mo Vaughn, if just because of his always-refreshing honest about where he spent his spare time: strip clubs. (We'll just say reporters always knew where to find him when they needed a quote.)

Well, the lovely lasses at On The DL have dug up some more recent Mo Vaughn-loving-the-ladies photos, and we have a couple of thoughts:

1. Somehow Mo Vaughn just doesn't look right without women hanging off of him. We're not sure why.
2. We wouldn't think it possible that someone of Mo Vaughn's girth could going to double in size after retirement, but apparently it has happened. We hope this doesn't happen to David Ortiz.

Time To Party Up In Here [On The DL]
