    Why it DOESN'T suck:


    * I saw Johnny Damon knocked cold in a collision in the outfield there. When he was with the Red Sox.

    * I was there at the Texas Rangers Bullpen Chair-Throwing Incident.

    * The Texas Rangers Bullpen Chair-Throwing Incident was the least-odd thing that happened in that game, including: runner scored by balk, runner scored by HBP, runner scored by walk.

    * I was there when Jeremy Giambi should have slid. (fuck)

    * An opposing-team outfielder has been struck by a cell phone thrown from the stands. Twice.

    * The women in the stands have longer criminal records than the men.

    I remember when I was walking into the stadium for a 1:00 game, and some middle-aged man was passed out in his car listening to Snap Yo' Fingers by Lil' Jon at full blast on repeat. Or did that happen in Detroit? Damn, these shitty cities all run together.
