    How can you possibly punish Phil for winning with good players? If a team will win a title, by default, for having a superstar, why haven't Grant Hill, Karl Malone, Steve Nash, Shawn Kemp, Chris Webber, Reggie Miller, Patrick Ewing, Larry Johnson, or any of the other legions of alphas from years past won any rings?


    Well, Kemp's an easy answer, but still.

    His foot, Anyone on the team not named Stockton or Malone, Cocaine/Strippers/Hookers/George Karl, Amare Stoudemire/Stu Jackson, Chris Webber, Michael Jordan, John Starks, Why is Larry Johnson even grouped in with those guys?
