    According to WebMD, symptoms of a concussion include:


    *Passing out.
    *Not being able to remember what happened after the injury.
    *Acting confused, asking the same question over and over, slurring words, or not being able to concentrate.
    *Feeling lightheaded, seeing "stars," having blurry vision, or experiencing ringing in the ears.


    So...did Emmitt get hit off camera then?

    @Buzz_Killington: I thought the most despicable act witnessed by Emmitt Smith would have been watching himself sign a contract to play for Arizona.


    By the way, the following is from Smith's entry on Wikipedia:


    Smith married former Miss Virginia beauty queen Patricia Southall on April 22, 2000. Their son, Emmitt IV, was born on Smith's 33rd birthday, May 15, 2002. Smith has a daughter, Regan by ex-girlfriend Hope Wilson and a stepdaughter, Jasmine, Southall's daughter from her previous marriage to comedian Martin Lawrence.
