Looking for a husband? Why take a chance at nightclubs or concerts when you can troll the healthy, secure environment that is the infield at a NASCAR race? Take it from these two Staten Island sisters, who are not at all insane. The infield at Pocono Raceway is the only place to find a man.

The romance ratio is in favor of single women at the infield of Pocono Raceway. Most infield women are married or attending the race with a boyfriend or family. For single women such as Heather Foley, 25, and sister Caitlin Foley, 22, both of Staten Island, it is a great place to meet men. "Because there are so many of them," Heather said. Like women to a bathroom, men often travel to NASCAR races in packs.

Why, it's just like a story from one of my favorite NASCAR romance novels. Only the guy is actually more like this.

• Boxing: Heavyweights, Brian Minto vs. John Poore, at Butler, Pa. (9 p.m., ET). I've never heard of these guys, so they must be good. [ESPN2]
• MLB: Boston at Tampa Bay (7 p.m., ET). This series is getting virtually no publicity. [ESPN]
• Swimming: U.S. Olympic trials, at Omaha (8 p.m., ET). Natalie Coughlin swims through my fantasies. [USA]

Nicole Manske Will One Day Rule The World

So you probably new that NASCAR has its own Erin Andrews (although I prefer the original). But did you know that Nicole Manske has her sights set on the NFL? Manske, a former Miss Illinois Teen USA and native of Rockton, Ill. (where she was a high school cheerleader on the same squad with Danica Patrick), was a host on Speed Channel until recently moving over to ESPN to host NASCAR Now. But her plans most likely do not stop there.

From an interview with Ft. Wayne Observed:

"What's on the horizon? I would love to work with the NFL; that has always been my dream. I worked in Indianapolis and the year after I left, the Colts won the Super Bowl. So I rooted against them last season against New England just for spite. But then I see Tony Dungy's face, and it's really all about him. And I see him and I can't root against them."

After spending years as a blonde, Manske dyed her hair back to its natural brunette color in time for the September 16, 2007 edition of the The Speed Report. She is also a big fan of the National Football League's Green Bay Packers.
