Pop Chart Lab's newest creation is "A Visual Compendium of Baseball Uniforms," a hand-drawn poster that features 121 MLB jerseys from 1869 to now.
This is a cool way to look at how much baseball uniforms have changed over time. The Seattle Mariners 1999 alternate uniform is the most 90s thing ever, and looks like it could double as a NBA All-Star game jersey. Some old school teams, like the Baltimore Black Sox in 1923, look like they sported a collar. Meanwhile, historic franchises like the Dodgers have undergone minimal changes, as their current threads look very similar to the 1955 Brooklyn-version.
