Three High School Soccer Players Charged With Raping Students At Camp

Three Massachusetts high school soccer players are under arrest on charges in the nature of sexual assault at a team-building camp.

Police say 17-year-old Galileo Mondol and two 16-year-old teammates on the Somerville High School junior varsity boys' soccer team entered a freshman cabin at Camp Lenox in Otis, Mass. last Sunday and sexually assaulted three victims.

Police are withholding the 16-year-olds' names on account of their age.

The suspects were arrested and charged on Friday. Mondol was charged with ten counts, including aggravated rape of a child under the age of 16, indecent assault and battery and three counts of witness intimidation. According to the Globe report, the other two suspects will face similar charges.

The victims' identities and genders are unknown.
