While it's probably true in most sports, saying that a home team "welcomes" away fans to their stadium is especially inaccurate in soccer. Case in point: the chant-war waged in the clip above between Arsenal fans and their visiting Galatasaray counterparts. The flare-chucking might be a little much, though.

We only get to hear from the Arsenal contingent, who start out with a basic "AR-senal, AR-senal" chant, then are quieted by the incoming flare. Then they move to "You only live 'round the corner," apparently referencing a nearby Turkish neighborhood in London. The Arsenal guys got the last laugh, though. Their team won 4-1.
