Ah, must be August in DC. I can hear the chitter chatter of Superbowl parades being planned for February. This will be my 10th football season in DC. The Redskins are always predicted to go to at least the NFC championship game every year by the locals.

In those 10 years I think the Skins have made the playoffs twice, only to the 2nd round twice. Fall in DC: when the Redskins can displace strife in the Middle East, Presidential elections (and erections), and terrorist attacks above the fold on A1 of the Washington Post.
