A Seattle team has never done anything in particular to a Cleveland team, but Cleveland completely ruined the 2001 Mariners chances of being considered the top regular season team of all-time. As the logic goes, "How good can a team be if they gave up a 12 point lead in the 7th inning?"

Not to go too off topic, but I seriously think that loss was a huge reason they didn't get to the WS. Before that game, they felt invincible because of their record. How can you feel invincible after blowing a lead like that?
