@TastesLikeBurning: I'm glad he didn't get tossed there and I'm rooting for the Warriors. Players getting thrown out for things like that, and Stephen Jackson's applause, is what started to bum me out about the NBA. Let the players play the game. If you watch a late 80's early 90's playoff game you could get away with so much more. Hard fouls were actually allowed as they should be. This also proves how much a players reputation influences officials. Also, the last foul on the Beard was total bullshit.

@Encouraging Referee Pittman: He also went on to claim that we should get rid of time-zones the entire US should be on one time. Nice call. The other Mike's only response was I can't think of why you're wrong but I know you are. Really? That hard to come up with the answer to that one?

Only one NBA playoff team had an under .500 record and two of them had .500 records, meaning 15 of the league's 18 playoff teams had better-than-.500 records in an admittedly weak year. Last year, same thing. Year before that, no examples. In a league with 30 teams, since more than half of them go to the playoffs, the number of sub or at .500 playoff teams isn't bad at all.
