I think this is ultimately what makes ESPN so nauseating sometimes...well, punditry in general.

We're supposed to believe these guys have credibility because they played the game. Yet, they make the same predictions, claims, etc. that guys like Jon Clayton and Michael Wilbon do...or for that matter, any of the commenters on here...and no one holds them to how abhorently incorrect they were.
