The Yankees won four world series with nary a single 30HR hitter or 120-RBI man. How will losing A-Rod suddenly make them so crummy, with a Pettitte / Hughes / Wang / Chamberlain / Kennedy rotation?

But why would Will write something that accuses the Cubs of tampering, which will cost them draft picks, etc. St. Louis fan wanting to cost the Cubs draft picks? I've answered my own question!

This is the only line I didn't get. The whole making-fun-of-the-tic thing is one of the few things that does speak to an attachment between A-Rod and the rest of the team. You would never have seen them do that in previous years.
