@crazyjoedavola: Actually, it's not the FCC. The FCC cannot censor content. And the FCC can only respond when a viewer/listener reports a complaint, and at that point it is truly in their hands whether or not somethings offensive.

No doubt it was Fox Televison who wouldn't approve it. Apparently, that's more offensive than racist pandas...
