Yeah, UMBC is primarily known for it's Engineering and Comp Sci departments, which are actually very good. It's a distant second in terms of Maryland state colleges, but it's still better than Towson or Salisbury or whatever.

Our logo is horrible, though. Every time I was in the Commons I'd see that stupid dog with it's shit-eating grin.
