It was one of the most emotional and powerful songs I've ever heard (the emotion made up for the lack of quality over the original). It also was the first (and possibly only) song I've ever stayed in the car for to listen to the end of. I was driving home from work and my dad was on the table getting a cancer cut out, so it probably hit me A LOT harder than it otherwise would have.

Yeah, the problem is mostly space. I can really only do cardio (bad elbows and knees mean that most weights aren't really up my alley), and I don't really have much room for an elliptical.

Don't worry. They're making more fun of me for exercising.

The problem is that I belong to a gym, but I'm cheap, so it's a gym that's only open until 10pm. Since I don't get out of work until 9:30pm at best most nights, I rarely make it there, but I'm only paying $300 a year. And for a gym in Manhattan, that's not bad.

@Le Kangourou de Kataroo is reading this sexy blog.: I like that, I used to do 3 count crunches, where I'd twist right elbow beyond the left knee, then down, then a normal crunch, then a twist to the right. I'd end up doing 200 or so a night without much effort. What I do now is start laying flat and arms out stretched (like you're on a cross). Sit up as you bring your knees up and wrap your arms around them. Quite effective.

Of course the most sore my abs have been in the last year was after a night of drunken sex.
