In disturbing news, my friend found out last week that an ex-boyfriend of hers and a friend of his were killed by a family friend of the ex's. He left them in his basement under a sheet so he wouldn't have to see them while he was doing laundry.
In other disturbing news, some girls OD'd and died at a party at my upstairs neighbor's place the night before I got back in town. Apparently she'd taken methadone before coming over to the party. She had a few drinks, they thought she was just passed out, and she died in her sleep. In the bedroom directly above mine.
