I feel sorry for the deaf people. They're basically getting information that's been censored twice.

The NBA has a significant better product, when you consider fan base, coverage, and, this year, talent and intrigue, and yet, it, even when hockey was good, struggled to make its playoffs stand out.

And, yeah, we were raving about the playoffs last year, but besides Golden State whupping Dallas early and often and LeBron's 25 against some rather charitable Detroit D, what do you remember? (Okay, I remember some of Suns-Spurs, but for Nash's bloody nose, and I remember Utah punking the Warriors in Round 2, but I was paying attention.)

I could see that. Honestly, it's not a "great" movie, but it's entertaining and consistently rewatchable. The plot flows, there are plenty of great quotes, and it doesn't make you think too hard. And for that reason, it deserves a purchase.

None of the multi organizations chump champions in boxing is existent in the UFC. Plus I love hearing Georges St. Pierre speaking in his goofy French-Canadian accent.

Not to mention, as awesome as the early tournament-style PPVs were, you wound up with champions who came in as substitutes and effectively bypassed the first rounds. Now, by making the titles based on single fights, it's a lot easier to consider the winner as the real "champion".
