My problem with it was that the announcers immediately launched into a discussion of how awesome Horry is, wrapping up his big shots with his cheap shots as "championship basketball", when it would have been more appropriate to call his shooting "championship basketball" and his shitty fouling "legacy tainter".

If you're gonna do a hard foul, make it like a man - face to face and stand your ground, don't take out a likeable guy in a shady way that A) diminishes the watchability of your game 7, and B) doesn't result in some larger resolution of the beef.
