Sports News Without Fear, Favor or Compromise

For Your Saturday Afternoon Viewing Pleasure...

12:00, ESPN, NFL Network: NFL Draft. This'll be on from noon until... well, don't make any plans for dinner. For a week or so. We may touch on the draft a little bit today, from time to time. Or, it may consume all of our lives.
1:30, CBS: LPGA Golf, Ginn Clubs & Resorts Open, Third Round. Clubs, resorts, ladies, and Ginn... this should be a lot more fun than it is.
3:00, TNT: NBA Playoffs, New Jersey Nets @ Indiana Pacers. The most slept-on series in the playoffs might be one of the most interesting.
3:00, NBC: NHL Playoffs, Devils @ Rangers or Oilers @ Red Wings. NBC apologizes in advance if you're getting the Rangers/Devils game.
3:00, CBS: PGA Golf, Zurich Classic of New Orleans. Seems like an odd place for the Zurich Classic. Next week, tune in for the Moscow Classic, live from Omaha.
3:00, FOX: NASCAR, Busch Series: Aaron's 312. Hey, why can't Aaron be like everyone else and have a race that ends with a nice, even multiple of 100? Contrarian prick.
4:00, ESPN2: MLS, Los Angeles Galaxy @ Real Salt Lake. A much tougher test than the Fake Salt Lake.
5:30, TNT: NBA Playoffs, Dallas Mavericks @ Memphis Grizzlies. Hey, watch Mike Fratello spend about two hours being suicidal.
7:00, TBS: MLB, New York Mets @ Atlanta Braves. You're a day late for Pedro vs. Smoltz. But you can pretend if you'd like.
7:00, OLN: NHL Playoffs, Tampa Bay Lightning @ Ottawa Senators. This game would be so much more appealing if it were on "Vs."
8:00, ESPN: NBA Playoffs, Detroit Pistons @ Milwaukee Bucks. Game 4 and the hypothetical Game 5 are only on NBA TV, so this might be your last chance to see the Pistons for a while. Soak it up.
