The video below, a version of which was originally posted to Facebook, appears to show a security guard stationed near the Chargers’ cheerleaders at Sunday’s Raiders-Chargers game masturbating as they perform:

Based on the man’s attire, he appears to be an employee of Elite Security, a contractor that the Chargers use to provide security services for home games. If this is the kind of experience Chargers fans are going to be missing out on after refusing to gift the team $1.15 billion to stay in San Diego, they’ll be better off for it.

A Chargers spokesperson sent over the following statements in response to a request for comment:

Statement from Elite Security:

Elite has become aware of the social media post of inappropriate actions of an Elite staff member at Qualcomm Stadium on December 18th. Elite has employed thousands of people over the past 21 years, insists on the highest moral standards from our employees and regrets this isolated incident. Elite is currently investigating the incident and has no additional comment at this time.

Statement from the San Diego Chargers:

We are aware of the disturbing actions of an Elite security staff member at Sunday’s game. We apologize to any fans who may have witnessed the incident. Elite Security is currently investigating the incident and has vowed to take immediate and appropriate action.
