Teams are getting themselves in place for a shot at the definitely available Titans’ second overall pick, and here come the Browns, falling through the glass roof with their cape tangled around their legs.

The Browns have the No. 12 and No. 19 picks, and they might want to get a quarterback who’s hopefully better than Josh McCown. (Or Johnny Manziel, if he’s even a consideration at this point.) But not so fast, says Paul Kuharsky, ESPN’s Titans reporter:
