We can only assume Jay Feely is suffering from a glitch in the Matrix:
The Jim Rome Show is still trudging along, a shadow of its former self ever since Rome’s choice to sign with CBS Sports Radio. CBS Sports Network is simulcasting Rome’s annual week at the Super Bowl’s Radio Row, and here’s some doofus Clone showing up and “singing” something incomprehensible, then talking about…
There are probably better ways to describe what happened on this play.
Three months after details emerged about Jim Rome's move from ESPN to CBS Sports Network, his new program Rome premiered last night at 6 p.m. ET. Evidence of anyone having actually watched it, though, is scant.
The network had offered him a multi-year deal to stay, but Rome turned it down. Rome Is Burning had been on ESPN since 2004, and Rome is said to be getting an "expanded role" at CBS Sports Network. Maybe ESPN can replace him with a show that includes Stephen A. Smith and Skip Bayless. Oh, wait. [The Big Lead]
