The Man Behind The Game 6 RBI Baseball Simulation

This image was lost some time after publication, but you can still view it here.

Remember that amazing video we had last week in which that guy set Game 6 of the 1986 World Series to RBI Baseball? Well, Yahoo Sports columnist Jeff Passan has an interview with Conor Lastowka, the creator of the video, and it's full of all kinds of nifty nuggets. Witness:

• Lasowska is the creator of National High Five Day and believes cars should have U-turn signals.
• He had to do the whole simulation on his keyboard, which meant tons of trial and error trying to nail down that Wally Backman foul ball.
• The vice president of operations for Legend Films found the film while searching for information on marijuana — long story — and ended up offering him a job.
• He has a girlfriend, which gives hope to all of us, we suppose.
